Privacy
Last changed 2 November 2026. Mulsh Joiners is run by Mulsh. Questions or requests: (contact email to add).
Without an account
We keep the photos you upload and the wall we join from them. As each photo arrives we remove where and when it was taken, and everything else your phone stored in it apart from the camera and lens. If you haven't said we may feature the wall, we delete all of it a day after you last changed it. If you have, the photos you uploaded are deleted after a day and the finished wall stays, with the names you credited. You can delete a wall at any time from its page.
Your browser keeps a key for each wall you make, so only you can change it. We set no tracking or advertising cookies.
With an account
Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and Google profile picture. We use them only to sign you in and to show you your walls. We don't record your IP address or which device you sign in from. Walls you keep in your account show on your profile if you've chosen a username, unless you hide them from the wall's page; the photos you uploaded are still deleted after a day.
Delete your account from My walls: your name and email go, and so do the walls you haven't let us share. Walls you shared stay up, no longer linked to you; you can ask us to take them down.
Your profile
If you choose a username, your page on this site (at /your-username) is public: it shows your username, the picture, bio and links you add (if any), the walls you keep that you haven't hidden, and public walls that credit you as @username. It never shows your Google name, email or picture. A picture you upload is cut square and stripped of where and when it was taken. Your username can't be changed later, because credits point at it; ask us if it has to. If you delete your account we keep your username, and nothing else, so nobody else can take it and the credits it carries.
Counting
We count joins, downloads, shares and views of shared walls, by wall, to see whether the app is useful. These counts hold no names, emails or addresses.
We also count visits to our pages with Umami Cloud, an analytics service. It sets no cookies and doesn't keep your IP address. It records the page, the site that sent you there, your browser, whether you're on a phone or a computer, and your country.
People in photos, and artists
If you're in a photo on Mulsh Joiners, or you painted a wall and want the credit changed or the wall taken down, use “Report this wall” under it, or email us. You don't need an account. A reported wall comes off the site straight away while we look. We keep the email you give only until we've dealt with the report; after that we keep the reason and what we did, without your email.
Where it's kept
On our own server, apart from the visit counts, which Umami keeps. We don't sell or share your information. Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, and you can complain to the ICO.
